Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L., syn. Salvia rosmarinus Mill.) is an aromatic, evergreen shrub of the Lamiaceae (mint) family, native to the Mediterranean region. Its leaves and essential oil are widely used in culinary, cosmetic and traditional medicinal applications.
